8 week old kitten fighting for it's life after being having a flammable liquid poured on it and set fire. A boy who saw the smoke and heard the shrieks while the girls laughed, turned them in to police. What constitutional rights might you be refering to... the right to commit a crime in private while in public? The ACLU doesn't usually take animal cruelty cases. This isn't a political group, it's a group about sharing information about cats.
