No, but a number of cat foods out there contain something called, "Corn
gluten." I have not heard that it is contaminated, so I have been feeding it
to my cats....So far, so good........The US produces vast amounts of corn,
so I doubt if we import any from China or anywhere else......Also, they feed
lots of it to cows, and if any of them got sick, there would be hell to
pay.....(People eat cows)

The U.S. also grows vast amounts of wheat and in theory there should be
no need to import wheat gluten from China either.
In any event, the importer of the contaminated wheat gluten is
apparently ChemNutra, a U.S. company operating out of Las Vegas, whose
market niche is sourcing Chinese raw materials for "food, feed and pharma":

Pet food ingredients aren't the only problematic foods coming out of
China; this article talks about the various ongoing problems China is
experiencing in dealing with the situation:

I switched to organic foods until this recall
