Does the family dog actually get the left over prime rib?
When it comes to Chinese food that's served on their own dish, all
uneaten food is packed in seperate containers and taken home for a
light meal. Do European style restaurants give seperate containers so
each dinner can finish what's left on the plate? I've never left
anything on my plate.
Sometimes I would wrap a piece of chicken for my cat or a few baby
carrots for my rabbits if I know I'm out of them at home. Generally I
think restaurant food is too expensive to feed to pets. Of course
these days the well heeled do take their pets out to dinners at
restaurants.

I ususally only feed leftover food that im not willing to eat to the dogs,
they love it. Not the cats though, it seems like feeding them anything
other than catfood gives them diarhea.

I thought you were asking who ends up eating the bag of dry dog food.
... Only the dogs and only as a last resort.

I consider it inhumane to feed my dogs any of the crap I eat. They
only get dry dog food and haven't complained yet.
