My budgie Smarty does whatever he can to annoy my tom cat Choo Choo, his
latest thing is to use Choo Choo's water bowl as a bath.  He does not like
it in his cage and is always flying around the room.  He keeps landing on
Choo Choo's head which is fine but now he is pecking at his head.  Smarty is
getting older and a bit grouchy but I have little control over him and Choo
Choo is spending more time in the bedroom where he has taken to sleeping on
top of the wardrobe.  After 5 years of this I think he has had enough.

Would it be advisable to move my cat's food and water to another room ?
