I would guess they do. That cat leans on that flusher like there's no
tomorrow. He doesn't even let it fill before he starts hammering it again.

I wouldn't say Gizmo is crazy at all, he just wants to know where that
water is going, and then why it's coming back again.

Or just loves the way light refracts through moving water. I had a cat
that loved to jump in mud puddles and knock over glasses of water just to
stare intently at the mess.
