5 - 6 months if you feel the need to allow them to be outside cats the have
some bulk to them and can at least hopefully defend themselves from dangers

No the chemcials spray repellents can be deadly to animals I believe they
make something that is natural check the petstore or ask your vet. Mine are
solid inside cats only going on toa florida room no outside contact except
thre screened windows

Yes they do they are a major spreader of heartworms and other disease such
as west Nile virus

It is better to have them spayed and neutered at the proper time then keep
them as indoor pets. They will be healthier and happier and escape the
dangers lurking "in the wild". Old saying: "A word to the wise is
