Minimum Width for a Window Ledge Viewing Session

Isis is a 6 1/2 pound normal sized Tabby. She has two favorite window
ledges. The smaller is 3" wide.

Does anyone know what the minimum width for a window ledge is for a normal
sized cat? Do you guys have cats who sit on 2" window ledges? 1"??

Any cat owner knows that this is just the kind of thing that makes us crazy.
