Hello all,

My new kitten doesn't want to sleep in her own bed. How do I coax her into sleeping by herself rather than sleeping with me.

How do I do this?

Sincerely,
Christina Szeman

Hi Christina  FYI some people can not open your post due to posting in html.
They use news readers instead of outlook or etc

The way I got out kittens to sleep in their bed  was to wear a shirt all day
get your smell on it and place it in their bed with them on it.  Sometimes a
stuffed animals with your smell on it or some bedding.  Plus I put a clock
windup by the bed  the sound helps them sleep.  Some ideas I have done in
the past I was always afraid I would roll over on one of them will I slept

It's easy, Chrissy. Simply grab it by the tail, whirl it around in the air a
couple of times, then let go in the direction of its own bed. It'll get the
message *very* quickly, believe you me.
