When my sister moved, she gave me her cat. Now it needs an expensive surgery that I can't afford. As it's unfair to make the cat suffer any longer than necessary, I fear the only thing you can do to alleviate all these problems is to have Encore put down. Whatever you do, DON'T take it to the vets. They'll charge you money which you don't have. Do it yourself.
