If I could spell this correctly I could Google some Info.
Anyone know the correct spelling?
My cats were prescribed antibiotics and took their full
course but now one is getting it again and will go back
to the vet tomorrow.
The vet is overworked at her practice and has not been
able to give much information on this. I intend to ask
again tomorrow but does anyone know a web site where
more information is available?
Is it spread through the litter box or food bowl?
Thanks

Quick google search came up with, "Coccidia"
I didn't go to any of the pages that came up as matches, but there is
mention in the small description of dogs and cats. ;)
Hope this helps!

Also, I have no idea about this... Never had to deal with it, so I have no
experience, advice, information. If it wasn't 130am, I might look around at
the matches, but I'm just too tired! But, hopefully that's the spelling
you're looking for and can find the info you need!

I want to thank everyone for replying and I apologize for being old
and slow getting back to you. These replies have helped a lot and
my poor old cats thank you too.
This is a particularly nasty illness and my cats are starting to hate
me for giving them these antibiotics. This one cat has found a
hiding place I haven't found yet so I have to snag her when I see
her and she's quick.

I do that everyday for my rumble 2x a day he needs diazepam for epilepsy
he is to smart for his own good. He knows I am coming with a pill and the
chase is on. This is been going on for 4 years I look at it now as a
challenge and a weight loss workout routine. Try to catch a cat that does
not want to be caught I don't have to worry about taking a 5 mile run I get
it at home
