Hi,
I always fed my cat dry and can food. I recently stopped the canned food,
now he is developing dandruff. Any help I can get would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Feed her canned food. It's better anyway.

Why did you stop feeding her the wet food?...

of course, there is the other thing it might be.... I was recently reading
up on flea control and it said that flea eggs looked like dandruff in the
fur.

Skin is probably drying out. Dry food has more fat in it than
canned, to make fur shiny. which is why it's so important to
read the ingrediants list and see how much of what is in it.

Our cat gets dry skin, we give him a little oily fish (like mackerel) once
in a while and that helps. If for som reason he doesn't get his 'medicinal
mackerel' we can see the difference.
