I think my house may have been blacklisted by sales people... a few years back...some showed up at the door... and before they could even get a word in i clapped my hands with joy and told them: wow, am i glad you are here... you have to see this! then, being polite and not wishing to loose a sale... i took them around my yard and showed them all the "sculpures" i made from found objects (viz: junk) after i spent quite a bit of time showing them all my junk and telling them the story of how i built it... one of them finally said... well, let me get to the reason why we are here... at which point i clapped my hands again... and said : NO! i don;t have time for that. They left...' and for some odd reason never showed up again... nor have too many sales people ever showed up here again!
