Hi

I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction. I want to
report a nasty case of cruelty, but I don't know which jurisdiction it
occurred in and who it should be reported to. I assumed it might be
American, but I really don't know.

It appears at the website: www.freakhole.com

The video was posted on March 8, 2006. It is entitled 'worst animal cruelty
ever'. I warn you that this is avery DISTURBING video. Don't watch it unless
you have a very strong stomach. It involves a woman in high heels stepping
on a small (live) cat. I am not sure what happens at the end as I simply
could not finish watching it.

It must be possible to track where this came from, I just don't know how. If
anyone has any ideas, please post on this newsgroup.

only way to track it would have to be from the site it was loaded on they
would have to trace the isp from where it was up loaded from. To be honest
the only way would be to catch her would be to id her picture other wise.
The owner of the site has a hyper link on it that leads to PETA.  If the
site owner wanted to it was posted yesterday it would be easy to go back and
see what ISP it was uploaded from

It looks like it came from overseas and there is nothing to really do
about it if that is so.  It was some sick stuff but to be honest PETA
fanatics has been known to fake videos and pictures like that.  There was
some red flags raised when I saw it to be honest I would almost say it was a
fake if it was real I can only hope that what goes around comes around

I don't think this came from PETA - if its the one I think it is (I
haven't watched it). A similar thing was around a couple of years ago
- and that I did see (much to my regret) and I'm sure, although not
sure, those responsible where prosecuted.

That's kind of f**ked up for PETA to show these kind of video's in an
attempt to increase supporters

It was probably staged by PETA (like all the rest of their animal cruelty
videos) to gain more PETA-suppoters in some twisted way.
