We have a cat that is approximately 4 years old.  He just developed a facial
tick (only in his jaw) in the last few days (no evidence before this).  When
he opens his mouth to meow, when he goes to close it, it's almost like he's
having trouble closing it.  He doesn't appear to be in any pain.

Has anyone seen anything like this?

Thank you,
Chris

Looks like it's time for a vet visit to have a look inside his mouth; could
be a toothache, a tumour, anything.  Vet visit is the only way to find out
for sure.  Don't count on cats to show you that they're in pain; they're
notorius for hiding it.
