Have people heard about the lady in Columbus, Ohio who abandoned 35 kittens?
Her sentence-a day and night (I guess before it was this cold, it's snowing
right now) in the woods so she'll know how they felt. Aren't punishments
supposed to fit the crimes? This is like she tapped one's paws.

In the other post I stated that judge left himself open for civil judgment.
The woman deserves a hell of a lot more punishment he should have give her
the 90 days in jail and the fine. If something happens to the woman over
night that woman could sue the judge for endangerment. Te judge should have
done the other punishment. wow on night alone any person could handle that
as long as they knew it was over in the morning

Yeah the judge put himself on limb over the
unusual sentence. I'm thinking he did it for
media anyway. Personally i like the woods! Have
no problem being in the woods, actually wanna
spend night alone in the wilderness some night by
myself for meditative reasons.
But back to the subject, yeah she didn't get
punishment. Judge did it for alternative reasons.
Obviously she wouldn't be locked up and the key
thrown away but even a month in jail with some
probation would be some sort of punishment.
People do far less crimes get punished worse.
Hope she gets lost in the woods.

Since it was so cold and snowy the judge changed the sentence to something
like 30 days house arrest. lol I'd love that.

They did make her spend 4 hours out there. then it got too bad I guess. You
think she would have went back and gotten the kittens after 4 hours if the
weather got bad? Think not.
