Hi All,

I have a single cat, she will be three years old soon. Recently I got a
thought about second cat and I'd like to get a kitten. I'm wondering if
I should choose male or female to help them be more social. I'll
appreciate any thoughts.
BTW, my cat is spayed and newcomer will be spayed/neutered.

TIA,
Igor.

I would pick a male...When we first started our family there was only a male
then female...They got along great...or as great as Rainbow would allow
Nightshade to let him.
Now we have 6...3 males/3 females.

p.s. When we got Rainbow she was not spayed yet...Nightshade was neutered.
Any way, "Bow" would go into heat and poor Nightshade didnt know what her
problem was...He looked at us, like "What is wrong?"
