We have a stray, a Maine Coon calico. Using a cat carrier; the kind that
opens in front, my wife put towels (a bathmat when it gets really cold) in
it. The bathmat is on top now, it isn't that cold yet. She sits regally,
sort of saying "this is my house, why are you here?" We feed her and
everything. Lately I've been thinking of getting one of those heater
frisbees anyone know what I mean? We buy our other 6 Christmas presents, why
not her? This way she'll have the wind blocked and the cold will be stopped
it's supposed to be a severe winter. lol well Ohio every winter is severe,
but this more, and outdoor cats have enough against them.

Have you tried the thermal pads that reflects the cats own heat so no
electricity is necessary
