Hi Gina,

I'm sure it works for the birds.  It doesn't work for me, or for cats.  I
can imagine it seriously interfering with a cat's ability to climb, for
instance, to get away from a dog.   I hope it doesn't catch on.  Few cats
seem to hunt throughout their lives.  I've kept cats for 26 years and their
hunting pattern always seem to be: utterly hopeless as a kitten .. skillful
as a juvenile/young adult .. hopelessly lazy thereafter.  My cats wear a
collar and bell, and this does seem to offer some protection to prey
creatures.
