Don't make the stupid mistake that I did!
I stopped using Advantage at the end of the summer,
because I thought the fleas ended there.
Hah! For more than a week I had been noticing that my cat, who is
normally very finicky; always demands "service" even if his dish is
still partly full -- anyway, I noticed tha this dish was always empty.
I suspected he was having a f riend in at night to chow down.
Well, it took a while for this dim bulb to take a look at his rear --
and sure enuff, there were little white worms.
I got pills from the vet, and am now trying to get up my nerve
to administer them. Cat is very strong, and I have one arm
partly functional after surgery. If I can't do it, vet said bring
him in and they will do.
Purpose of this story is to warn others to keep on top
of the fleas, summer or winter!

Oh the fun of giving a cat a pill I have to do it twice a day for a cat who
knows it is coming. They do make a new pill popper which is supposed to be
easily to use

Having been through it in one house, moved now they have fleas in this house
too, I'm quite aware of it. But thanks :o), it is an important thing. lol I
wish my vet gave pills, but I'm using EctoKyl, frontline plus and a few
others.
