Mental problems  or not  break out the cane pole time to give the bitch a
beating she deserves

I'd have given her 6 years, never mind 6 weeks.  Apparently pet cruelty
is up something obscene like 75% in the UK (can't remember the exact
figure), but they're bringing in new laws as they haven't been updated
since 1911.  The RSPCA are happy but I dare say they won't go far
enough.

Best punishment for this woman is 10 minutes in a giant washing maching on
"boil wash".

Non pet owners may scoff at this, but if she's truly as mentally unstable as
it's claimed she is, it could just as easily been one of her children dead.

This woman needs to be put somewhere, more than 6 weeks.
