Cat someone give me some advice regarding using burried electric fences for cats?  I understand there use with cats is quite controversial, many people believing they do not work nearly as well as with dogs.  Also, I have been told the kind that administer shocks in larger gradients as the cat approaches the wire are most effective.  Finally, are there brands that would work with both cats and dogs?
TIA
