Hi. We have 2 cats about 1 year old and thought we would try the
Whiskas Temptation Treats. One cat tried them and the other would not.
The problem (or is it not a problem) is the one that tried them is
obsessed with them. It does ask for them as the commercial advertises
by going to the cupboard we keep them in.
I am curious if these are good for cats, since I am wondering what is
in them that would make the cat crave for them. Does anyone know what
item or chemical is in these that some cats like so much and are they
good for them. We give the one cat the treats 2 to 3 times a day and
about 8 to 10 pieces each time. The whiskas web site says they are
nutritious, but I am worried if the cat craves for them, can they be
nutritious and what happens if you decide to stop the treats. Can it
be addicted.??
They do not appear to be fattening to the cat as the cat that does not
eat them is slightly heavier.
Any info would be appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
