this goes back to 7 yrs ago when i lost my buddy, odie (cat)
i know, if you know of the cartoon, garfeild and odie you're probably
saying to yourself, "he named his cat after a dog?"
long and different story, but yeah, i did name my cat after a dog.
odie grew up to be a big 20 pound (hardly any fat), gentle guy.
when his time came near, it was a long weekend and of the three vets
clinics in this city, none of them had a vet on call.
odie's symptoms were, he'd be walking fine and the next minute he'd just
colasped. after a minute or two of just laying there, odie got up and
acted like nothing happed. even eating, while eating he'd colasped,
minute or two later he'd be back up and start eating again like nothing
happened.
i've never phoned a vet to see what it was that odie had being that
talking about odie is a pretty touchy subject.
odie's been gone 7 yrs and we shared a special bond. odie and i got each
other the day i watched his momma give birth to him.

My cat rumble has that disease the only way I knew was that on his 3rd
birthday he collapsed in front of I yelled his name and he came around.
That was a mad rush to the vet, I don't remember how I made it there. I was
a ball of tears I thought I was going to have to put him down. He takes 2
pills of 2.5mg Diazepam everyday that has been for over 2 years now seizure

May have been epilepsy, may not be. The only way to know
for sure was to either have the cat examined by a vet and/or
an autopsy. There are a number of possibilities, not neccessarily
epilepsy, Could be epilepsy, could also be 99 other ailments.
You really need a vet to diagnose it properly.
