I have two cats one a ginger male the other a tortoise shell, both are long
hairs and have been desexed. Recently a female friend moved into the house,
she has a six month old tabby cat that has also been desexed.
Now the problem is that the ginger cat has pissed on my friends bed on two
occasions. In the past he has also pissed on my step daughters bed when she
was pregnant and  living in the house.
How can I stop this disgusting behaviour ?

1. Get the cat looked at by a vet to rule out any urinary tract infections.
Even low grade infections (which may be intermittent) can cause a cat to
urinate in an inappropriate place to get your attention.
2. If the cat is physically fine, then maybe giving him extra attention
until he gets used to there being another cat in the house (and another
person) can help.  Have both of you spend extra time with ginger kitty until
his attitude changes.  Oh and with an extra cat in the house, make extra
sure any litter boxes are very clean some cats won't share and you may need
more boxes.  One rule is ( # of cats) + 1 = number of cat boxes.
