HI
I am putting a cat flap in for someone.  Cat seems too fat to fit, but maybe
not, door is 5 3/4 h & w.  Do we need to train it?  Any tips.  Could get
something different.  Thanks.

if your cat is fatter than 5 3/4"  get a larger door of course.
as far as training...
just *gently* push the cat about halfway through.
it should only take once or twice

That seems a bit small. If your cat is a young one, it's going to out grow
it. I'd get one designed for small dogs and cats. The real trick is in
training the other critters in the hood to stay out.
