It looks like she had an accident on the way to the box.

Unlike her normally solid "heathy-looking" poop, this look like
diahrea.

She's about 10 months old and this is the 3rd time it's happened.  The
first time was months ago, and I figured it was just a 1-time fluke.

But she did it last week (although it wasn't in an area near her
litter box) and then sometime in the last few hours.

She's acting normal (or as normal as cats do act) and doesn't seem
sick.

I never give her anything but Science Diet, so if it's something she
ate, she must have found something she shouldn't have.

Should I be worried?  Rushing to the vet?

If I were you, I would be worried but not panicked.  I would be making an
appointment with the vet for as soon as possible, but not rushing her off to
an emergency clinic.  And I would be doing whatever detective work I could
do to figure out anything she may have eaten, or identify any other symptoms
she may have exhibited.  It could be something as simple as a parasite (take
a fecal sample to the vet with you), or something a bit more serious.  But
something is wrong.

I agree. Remember to take a fecal sample as the vet will probaqbly want
to check it for any number of possible things that could be wrong.
Please keep us updated on how things are going.
