boy gone crazy with attacking

i have a 2 yr old female who has problems so 10 months ago we got a boy
kitty and all was going ok she learn to deal with him. we had him fixed
but they only found one in there so we had to assume he only had one since
they never found the other.but now 10 months later he decides he wants to
viciusly attack her and every other cat in the area we do not know what to
do she is so scared she pees on herself hides won't come out if she even
hears him. we put him outside and when he comes in she has to go in the
bathroom to be safe . is there anything we can do??? help

Everyone here will advise you to take him to the vet.  Always rule out a
medical issue first. Pick up that phone as soon as your veterinarian's
office opens in the morning, and get him an appointment.   We'll talk about
behavior when you get back.  :)
