My cat suffered from aspirin poisoning. We took her to the vet. She almost
died but seemed to make a good recovery. Once we got her back home she was
very weak but continued to improve. Then we took her to the vet to see how
she was doing. He said she was doing better but after the visit to the vet
she got worse. I thought it was just shock from the dogs. However since then
she has gotten much weaker and started having trouble walking and is
yowling?
I don't know if she is still just recovering from the aspirin or if we need
to do something else?

Aspirin can cause bleeding in the stomach with humans--can't imagine any
reason it would not with cats.Has your vet checked for that? The yowling
sounds like she is in pain.If the dogs bother her at the vets--at this
point can't you talk to him on the phone? If not, hopefully there is
another vet at your disposal.

Did your cat get the aspirin by accident? You have to be careful giving
pain meds for human use to cats as they can be lethal..If need be see
your vet for pain meds for pets..~J&R~
