Just wondering if anyone else's cats do neat tricks. I have a cat who
really really likes to play fetch. She uses little stuff like little bouncy
balls or my daughter's Polly Pocket clothes.
My one year old BSH will lift a paw, rather like a dog, in order to get a
treat. My younger one will play fetch.

My cats won't do didly, I'm still trying to get them to do some tricks but
to no avail. The only toys they show any interest in are 1- A piece of
string tied to the end of a stick 2- the cardboard cores of toilet paper
rolls and 3- ping pong balls. There are a dozen ping pong balls around here
and I can only ever find 1 or two of them, yet they seem to always be
swatting them all over the place. The nice thing about PP balls is if you
step on one, they crush as apposed to sending you for a loop.

That is the toy of choice in my house. They prefer it over their expensive toys.
Always bugging me..."Daddy Tat, Daddy Tat, make it move...make it move Daddy
Tat!"
When they see it wiggle it looks like they have 8 front paws!

My cat I found on the roadside loves to fetch. We use a rubber band with
alittle weight on it. He bounds over furniture and brings it right back.
Often we wake up and find his toy in the bed where he has brought it to us
during the night. We know when he wants to play as he makes that gutteral
sound and is looking expectantly. LarryC
