Now I am going to reply under the idea this INSANE idea becomes law..

I would not allow my cats outside during Cat season if I lived in any
state allowing this. But then again, I am not sure if I would ever let
my cats outside regardless if a state passed this for once you let
people think it is ok, I am not sure you can get those few messed up
people from stop shooting.

thankfully, and currently, Oregon does not have any ideas about doing
this and my cats only are allowed outside by leash and in their enclosed
 run while I am in the backyard also.
