You need to get your cat to a vet -- *ASAP.* I am not familiar with this in
cats, but if it is anything like blood clots in a person (which can cause
such cramps), it is vital to have it diagnosed and treated *immediately.*

I guess the first question i have to ask is how do you know it is
cramps?
I'd get the cat to the vet or your local animal hospital for an exam.
Xrays too.
My first inclination is it is not a cramp. I'd suspect a fracture.
