I see no one replied to this. Even as a cat lover, I loved it. I would never do it
but it gives me some recourse if my cat is ever sprayed by a skunk (been there, done
that, yea, I think it's an option). As a tongue in cheek thing, it's cute.
I like cat jokes. I'm also from West Virginia and enjoy "Hillbilly" jokes. My mother
is from Georgia (pretty damn proud folks), even she appreciates a good "southern" or
"redneck" joke.
I take my cat seriously, lighten up people! Tom (Been here before)Adkins
I too have given several cats a bath due to them getting into things. My
dear Shiloh that I had for about 14-15 years arrived flea infested at the
apartment behind mine. After realizing the kitten had fleas the guys asked
Mary Jo and myself what to do. She did not fight us much when we put her
in the sink and it was full of water. Over the years I gave her a bath a
couple of times but she loved being brushed so I did not have to do often.
I agree, a dog would think it was a great way to wash a cat. But us humans
learn to be prepared so that we don't have to many wounds to clean on us.
