By 7 toed I assume you mean each paw? as in polydactyl?
I have a 6 front 5 rear poly.(6-6-5-5) I can relate.
Hobo is different than any cat I have ever had

Polydactyl cats really do have different personalties than other cats.
I have three of them (adopted from the local shelter at different
times). Two males and a female. They are great company and they
always get a second look when someone visits for the first time.

My poldactyl cats use their paws for more things than my regular toed
cat. They drink water and they give rubs with their paws when they
want to be petted. They pick up things with their paws all the time.
They comb our hair. My three are really snuggly, although I know that
other cats are too. They have quite a few similar traits and have big
personalties.
