Hi, my mom has a three years old male Persian cat,he's lovely but doesn't
eat much at all,it's not a sudden thing though,he's always been so picky and
still very thin...

I was wondering if anybody else has the same problem and if there is a sort
of a "soup"suitable for cats.
There are several "soups"like "duck soup"(which has nothing to do with
ducks..)available for ferrets and was wondering if there is something
similar that could be made for a cat...
Any tips will be much appreciated
Shan
PS:he's currently on a Royal Canin diet supplemented with A/D Hills (Science
Diet available at the vet only.)

I have a four year old female Persian and she has always been thin.  She
weighs only six pounds but is healthy (she's just a petite cat).  I tried
all sort's of canned food that she would eat cause she's picky too and she
only seemed to like Iam's BEEF canned food.  All the ones she would just
lick up the broth.  Is the vet concerned about your cats weight?  Maybe he
is just a little kitty too.

Thanks Paige,
I honestly don't think it's anything serious, but my mom is a bit concerned
since she's not used to see a male cat so thin...

No, the vet is not concerned and he thinks he's just a little kitty,as you
said, but I think he's going back to the vet soon since,to be honest he looks
too skinny to me too, even though I've only seen pictures of him since a
while,we live very far from each other....
Hope it's nothing serious...
Thanks again

Shan
