Try adding $39,999,959 to that figure.
And yes King George the 2nd wants Washington DC to take the tab for
security out of their homeland security allocation......which has
already been allocated elsewhere.

Oh that's okay - That money was slated to be used to protect areas of DC
where white people don't live.
They voted wrong anyway - if they voted at all, or if they were allowed
