Wishing a good 2005 to all my fellow cat lovers and their noble beasties. My resolution: to post once and awhile. The past year has been too damn busy! But as that TV commercial says, you gotta eat. Just after midnight he jumped up on the couch and teetered right on the very edge of the arm. Sitting bolt upright, his nose in the air and with a regal look in his face he immediately reminded me of a stone gargoyle. I know what you mean about tv holidays, though (I think of them as Hallmark holidays) but I beg to differ that the turning of the year qualifies as such. I'm almost certain that it precedes television, and even Hallmark :). Most of us probably stayed home with our cats, anyway.
