It's not real you know. It's only an advert. I don't think Ford would want
to lose the custom of the vast majority of people by really decapitating a
cat.

i think you're full of crap. it was quite real. the ad at the end was a
lie. try going to that website.
and do you think ford wouldn't lose a large majority just by showing a
commercial like that even if it WAS faked?
i say that was real. and who person or persons who did it should die a
horrible death.
i might add anyone who found it the least bit amusing is a sick ignorant
bastard too.
if one doesn't like cats, then the intelligent person doesn't frequent a cat
newsgroup. there can only be one reason for them to post here. sadism.
think about it. if you hate cats and you post here you are likely a
sadistic coward who spreads hate behind the safety of anonmity.

Oh FFS it's a well known hoax advert made with CGI. There was a couple of
them made which were never aired, I think the other one was the Ka eating a
pigeon that shat on it or something.

i don't know what 'ffs' means. however ..........
it still looked real to me.
when i first watched it (god, it really made me ill) i thought it had
strangled the cat then opened to let him fall out. after reading that it
supposedly beheaded it and with several insisting it was not real i decided
to watch it again. only then did i notice the 'head' falling into the car. i
doubt a moonroof could actually decapitate a cat. also there was no
discernable blood which there would be if it was real. so i am relieved
that it never happened. i also visited some website discussions and that
further convinced me.
however that doesn't change too much about what i said. it blows my mind
that a car company could even consider this for an ad. how about a human
baby being shown decapitated? real or not? where can you draw the line?
i say people who think this is funny stuff are people who have serious
issues. people who would post this in a forum comprised of, among others,
children who've just gotten their first kitten are have serious mental
problems.
why do so many wish to wallow in the gutter? what does it get them?
