Please tell my kid the cat is fine.

Would several of you please post a reply for my kid to read, so she
stops pestering me about this.

Here's what happened.
About 2 weeks ago, our cat clawed my daughter, and drew blood.  All
she did was pick the cat up by its tail, and the goddamn cat clawed
her up.  I immediately grabbed the cat and smashed it's head on a
cement wall.  Then I threw the cat in the garbage can and shut the
lid.  All night we had to listen to that damn cat banging around in
the garbage.  Luckily the next day was trash pickup day, and when I
got home from work the cat was gone.

Ever since, my daughter keeps crying and telling me that the damn cat
will die.  I have told her over and over and over again that the cat
was just hauled to the dump and will be fine.  I even explained to her
that garbage always has lots of food scraps, and that the cat will eat
like a king at the dump.  This has not stopped her goddamn crying, and
I am getting real tired of listening to her.  I already warned her
that if she dont shut the f.ck up, she will be next to go into the
garbage, like the cat, and like I did to her bitch mother when we
divorced.

Would someone please tell her that the cat is fine at the dump, and is
well fed, so she shuts the hell up.  I will let her read all replies.

Thank You

Jerry

My daughter asked what a troll is when I let her read your reply.
She is still upset about the cat.  Please give her encouragement.
I even told her to toss the half bag of cat food in the garbage and
told her kitty will get to eat it at the dump.  She still is whining
all the time.

Dear Jerry,

I almost refuse to believe that your posting was serious and not a tasteless joke.  However, because of my outgoing personality, I could not help but to reply to your thread.  First off, I am not a tree-hugging animal activist. I do not place the safety of animals above that of humans--I completely understand that they are animals.  I know their place, but from an educated person's point of view, your reaction was completely inappropriate.

1. You should have been a responsible adult and taught your child how to handle the animal before allowing her to do so.
2. How did you expect the animal to react?  What exactly would you do if something ten times your size were swinging you by your, well "tail"?
3. Considering your the heinous (extremely bad) and temper when dealing with this situation, do you really think that you are benefiting your daughter?

Your original request was for some encouragement for your daughter.  Instead of  telling her that you were going to throw her in the trash or get rid of her like her mother, apologize to her for your ridiculous behavior--then modify it.  It's time to grow up and act like an adult.

Jerry,  I can only hope and wish some one will smash your head up against
the wall and throw you into a trash can and suffer terrible. Drop dead you
jerk!!
