Neutered male keeps jumping on 8 week old kitten

I cant keep my 12-year old neutered male cat off my new female kitten.
He is 14 lbs and she is only 1 pound. He keeps grabbing her around the
neck and purring the mating meow. He was neutered when he was 4 months
old and he cant know what he is doing, but the new kitten brings it
out with him. She, on the other hand thinks it is just play and keeps
attacking him. How do I stop this behavior?

Well what do you expect. Imagine if they cut your balls off and stuck you in
prison with younger male prisoners.
