A petshop near me in Luxembourg Europe went out of business selling
something like the Litterfree cat litter boxes but I seem to remember  them
being made in Belgium.
Does anyone know where I can get hold of these in Europe?
Thanks.

I have never heard of this invention - do you know any more about them?
Do you happen to have a picture?

Via a serach at www.mamma.com for "litter free litterbox", I found these
sites which might be of interest
http://www.litterbox-central.com/
http://www.litterbox-central.com/forum/index.php

It might not be the same item you are thinking of, but there are a few
alternatives mentioned.

Hi Camilla,
Here's what I'm looking for:
http://www.smarthome.com/6123.html
I know they go by a different name in Europe and are made/distributed from
Belgium but unfortunately my parents threw the flyer away.

Believe it or not, I have seen this for sale on Ebay.  Give it a try.

Yup seen/heard about it there too but needing the 220V Euro version it's not
much use.

From the link you posted, I see that it's a discontinued item. I imagine
there is a reason for this. :c)

I looked at it, too.  I can't imagine how that small diameter drain
hose could possibly handle solid waste.  I would imagine that is why
it was discontinued.

Just read this at this site. http://www.dig-it.com/102,534,modules.php
"One concern is that the box won't sense when a cat is in it. The
manufacturer says that the water and noise is enough to scare a cat away,
however no harm is done if the cat refuses to exit the box. That said,
imagine how you'd feel if your bathroom suddenly filled up with several
inches of detergent-laced water and the toilet made blender noises."
