Yes.  Of course.  You can train your dog to be a Cat.  Dogs are stupid
that way.  Just think of Pavlov's dogs.  Every time your Dog barks,
kick it in the head.  When it meows, give it a dog bone.  If it purrs
then reward it with a t-bone steak.  However that wont be enough so
just give the dog to your mother in law and get a real live cat.
