This often happens after a visit to the vet, possibly because "strange
scents" are picked up. It is temporary. Try gently rubbing each cat (and
the dog) with the same towel, to transfer scents. Also, some people put a
small dab of vanilla between the shoulder blades (not perfume -- don't
forget how sensitive a cat's nose is). That will also make them "smell the
same." And don't try to force them together. Just give them time to
adjust.
The weaker cat also may not be feeling well, so she may need additional time
to settle in. Be sure to call the vet if she acts sick.
