I have a female kitten thats 7 month old and today for the first very
time she was going meow almost all day today could it be that maybe she
in heat? She never act like that before going meow all day and acting
strange like she hurting real bad or something I dunno why she acting
like that hope its nothing serious.

Keep her inside.
Call vet to make appointment to get her fixed.

She is in heat females go into heat as early as 4 months

Scheduled a appointment to get the furball neutered before she escapes and
gets pregnant
