As an added note, she did stay on antibiotics for 7 days post-dental
procedure.
I have left a message for the vet to ask if she does not improve tomorrow,
if
I can bring her in on Saturday as they are there until noon.

It could be a kitty-cold.
One of mine had a visit, and brought home a cold
(sneezing/congetsion/lethargy) and spread it around amongst the other cats.
The vet is probably a great place for the virus to hang out.
I usually test for a fever by putting my lips on the ears to check for
radiated heat. If you do it often you get a sense for what is just warm
comfy cat, cold cat, and feverish cat.
