Does anybody have a word for a cat whose left eye is one color
and whose right eye is another?

This is called "Heterochromia" or more commonly "odd-eyed".

My Tiffy (RB) had two different color eyes - one blue, one gold:

Actually, Yes.

Jasper had one green & one blue!
Mind you, having said that, So do I.
My left eye is green & my right eye is hazel brown...
They do say that the cat that chooses you, chooses you for a reason. Maybe
this was it?
