Hi I have a 1 year old Bengal cat. He is a real charmer and I love him. That
said he seems to have superman energy and loves to run up and down
everything. He must be up high and always is in my business. Whenever I cook
I have to lock him up in the spare bedroom until im done. I only feed him
"Felidae" type food cus the quality of it. No table food given to him ever.
But he still wants to get in my way. Sometimes a loud no! works but mostly
he justs talks back to me. Anyones else have a cat that talks back and
doesn't listen? I read about bengals and I guess I got what I paid for, he
was just so pretty I had to have him.

What you are describing is the typical Bengal -- I should
know, I've got two of them. :) Bengals are very very, very very,
very very active cats -- most Bengal onwers love the 'in your face'
nature of the breed. Is he an only cat? If so, getting another
active cat (Aby, another Bengal, an active adult moggy from a shelter)
is a great idea! They'll wear each other out enough to help give you
a break and there's very little that's more fun than watching them
tear around the house. :)
Bengals are also greedy cats. :) I am a professional
trainer/behaviourist and while my cats have ~20 trained behaviours I
still can't keep them off the counters. :)

I watched in extremely guilty pleasure as the cat who would not stop
jumping on to the kitchen counter in the old place, leaped directly into
a sink full of dirty dishwater in the new place.

It was; I really did try to keep a straight face, though.

Mine once panicked upon hearing me in the flat and leapt from the
counter to the floor via the flip top bin. The bin swallowed the
unfortunate cat and I went to work totally oblivious.
Nine hours later I open the bin to dump the potato peel and a mournful
squeak emerged.... he's never been on the counter top again!
