Thank you for this post Matthew.  Having to let a pet go is something
we all must face over and over again.  It never gets any easier.  6 of
our 8 cats are entering into their geriatric years, and I'm dreading
it every day.

I think the key thing in knowing when the time has come is when you
sit back, re-evaluate the situation as a whole and consider your
beloved pet's 'quality of life'.  It's never an easy issue to address,
so we all just have to take comfort in knowing that we will see our
beloved little companions once again in the after life.

Thank You.

Love,
