We have a ~2 year old tabby. She's an outdoor cat that comes in at night.
Tonight she was limping, her back, left leg seemed to be hurting her. I'm
trying to decide, do we take her in now or wait and see?
I see no visible signs of injury. No cuts, no bleeding. The foot isn't
deformed. No swelling. But she's favoring it and walking tip-toe on it.
It didn't stop her from leaping onto our bed.
While she's lying she seems comfortable and content. I was patting her
and she was purring and acting like her old self. It's only when I carry
her that she lets out with a pitiful meow.
She, so far, hasn't lashed out biting or clawing while I was examining her
foot. A good sign? But I am her favorite human it seems.
Thanks,
John

You'll probably be alright to wait until Saturday morning to see whether it
swells up or if her limp gets worse. If a bone is fractured you'll have to
deal with it sooner than later.

Thanks. She doesn't seem to be in pain, that's good. But yes, to the vet
in the morning if she's still limping.
