I don't know about over there but here she would loss before she even
stepped into a courtroom. No evidence who owned the cat it could have been
a feral. poor kitty

i think even over there, she'll lose.
unless she or the police come up with evidence of who owned the cat.

if a cat owner is found, he/she should sue her for killing their cat
even if it was an accident ;)
