My cat saved my life. I was lonely, and he gave me myself back. I was sad and still I am, but he gave me myself back. I am sad now he is gone but the devil no longer knocks at my door. It is gone. He is gone, but I am safe with him. My friend. My friend never left me, just now I must see him in my mind's eye. He will never leave me. My good friend. Whatever happens I am safe with my good and gentle friend by my side. I thank him. He was always grateful to me. I was always grateful to him. I thanked him every day I had him. I know how you feel, I think. Cats can be good friends and they never judge you, unless you forget to feed them. : -) I share your feelings that just because someone says that someone is dead, that you should act as though there memories and positive influence on your life are gone. People's and animals that seem as important as people, sometimes, do continue on after their bodies die. I hope you have a dream to know that the spirit of your friend is alive and well, in your heart, at least. > My cat saved my life.
